Spanish Conversation
Diego: ¿Siempre traes una cámara en la mochila?
Diego: Do you always carry a camera in your backpack?
Claire: Casi siempre. Me gusta tomar fotos cuando voy caminando.
Claire: Almost always. I like taking pictures when I'm out walking.
Diego: ¿De qué? ¿Paisajes?
Diego: Of what? Landscapes?
Claire: De todo un poco. Edificios, gente, puestos de comida... cosas normales.
Claire: A little of everything. Buildings, people, food stands... normal things.
Diego: Suena bien. Yo siempre digo que quiero aprender fotografía, pero nunca empiezo.
Diego: Sounds nice. I always say I want to learn photography, but I never start.
Claire: No necesitas una cámara cara. Puedes empezar con el teléfono.
Claire: You don't need an expensive camera. You can start with your phone.
Diego: Eso sí lo tengo.
Diego: I do have one of those.
Claire: Entonces ya no tienes excusa.
Claire: Then you have no excuse.
Diego: Tienes razón. ¿Hace cuánto empezaste?
Diego: You're right. How long ago did you start?
Claire: Hace como dos años. Al principio solo lo hacía por diversión, pero ahora salgo a tomar fotos a propósito.
Claire: About two years ago. At first I just did it for fun, but now I actually go out specifically to take photos.
Diego: ¿Y las publicas en algún lado?
Diego: And do you post them anywhere?
Claire: Algunas. La mayoría me las quedo yo.
Claire: Some of them. I keep most of them for myself.
Diego: Yo hago algo parecido con la música.
Diego: I do something similar with music.
Claire: ¿Tocas algún instrumento?
Claire: Do you play an instrument?
Diego: La guitarra. No muy bien, pero me relaja.
Diego: Guitar. Not very well, but it helps me relax.
Claire: Eso es lo importante.
Claire: That's what matters.
Diego: Un día hacemos intercambio: tú me enseñas fotografía y yo te enseño tres acordes.
Diego: One day we can trade: you teach me photography, and I'll teach you three chords.
Claire: Trato hecho.
Claire: Deal.
