1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using EnglishToSpanish.app, or by purchasing a digital product from the website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or complete a purchase.
2. Educational purpose
EnglishToSpanish.app provides language-learning materials, lessons, exercises, tests, games, audio, examples, digital products, and related educational content. The material is provided for general educational purposes. We work to keep the content useful and accurate, but language can depend on context, region, register, and usage, and we do not guarantee that every explanation, translation, example, answer, exercise, or digital product is error-free or suitable for every purpose.
3. No guaranteed learning result
Use of the website or purchase of a digital product does not guarantee any particular learning outcome, examination result, level of fluency, professional qualification, or other result. Your progress depends on many factors outside the website's control.
4. Free website access
The main educational website is currently provided free of charge. We may add, remove, modify, limit, or reorganize features, content, services, advertising, or access methods in the future. Nothing in these Terms requires us to keep every free feature or item available permanently.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website's original lessons, exercises, tests, text, organization, software, graphics, audio, branding, digital products, and other original materials are owned by or licensed for use by EnglishToSpanish.app and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the website and its educational content for your own personal, non-commercial learning. Except where expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, redistribute, systematically copy, scrape, harvest, mirror, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the website or its content without permission.

Digital products are supplied electronically. After payment has been successfully confirmed, access or download instructions may be provided on the website and/or sent to the email address supplied during the purchase process. No customer account is required unless the product page expressly states otherwise.
8. Final sale and refund policy
Our commercial policy is that sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. Because digital files can be delivered and accessed immediately, we do not offer discretionary refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchase, failure to read the product description, or a decision not to use the product after purchase.
This final-sale policy does not exclude, restrict, or replace any refund, repair, replacement, price reduction, termination, or other remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the laws that apply to the purchase.
If a purchased file is materially defective, corrupted, unavailable because of an error on our side, or does not materially conform to the product description, please use the Contact page. Where appropriate, we may restore access, provide a replacement copy, correct the issue, or provide another remedy required by applicable law.
9. Immediate supply and withdrawal rights for digital content
Where applicable law gives you a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital content, the checkout may ask you to expressly request immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose that withdrawal right once performance begins, such as when the download or access to the digital content starts.
By giving that express consent and acknowledgment at checkout, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that delivery may begin immediately and that your statutory withdrawal right is lost once the digital-content supply begins.
Nothing in this section removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
10. Digital-product license
Unless a product states otherwise, purchasing a digital product gives the purchaser a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for personal, non-commercial purposes. Purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership of the product.
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly post, upload, share, copy for others, or commercially reproduce purchased digital files except where expressly permitted in writing.
11. Download access and security
Any download link, access link, email verification step, or access code supplied for a purchase is intended for the purchaser. You must not publish or share access credentials or use them to distribute the purchased files to other people.
We may rotate, replace, restrict, or revoke download credentials when reasonably necessary to protect the Store, investigate abuse, respond to payment disputes, or enforce these Terms. Where a full refund is successfully issued or otherwise required, future download access may be revoked.
12. Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Payment information submitted through a payment provider is handled under that provider's applicable terms and privacy practices. A purchase is not considered successfully paid merely because a checkout page was opened or a payment was attempted; fulfillment occurs only after the payment has been successfully confirmed.
13. Optional tips
The checkout may offer an optional tip. A tip is voluntary, is separate from the price of the digital product, and does not purchase additional digital content, license rights, support entitlements, or other benefits unless expressly stated. Tips are subject to the same mandatory consumer-law protections that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Advertising and third-party services
The website may display third-party advertising or use third-party services, including analytics, hosting, security, communication, or payment services. Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies. EnglishToSpanish.app is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of independent third-party websites or services.
15. External links
Links to external websites may be provided for convenience or reference. A link does not necessarily mean that EnglishToSpanish.app endorses or controls the external website, its content, products, or services.
16. Availability and changes
We may update, correct, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available access. A digital product may be updated, replaced, or removed from future sale. Removal from future sale does not by itself cancel a completed purchase or change the license granted for the copy purchased, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
17. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties that are not required by law. We do not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, completely secure, error-free, or suitable for every individual learning goal.
18. Limitation of liability

20. Changes to these Terms

Updated Terms apply prospectively as permitted by law and do not retroactively remove rights that already arose under a completed purchase.
