Lucía: ¿Entendiste lo que tenemos que entregar el viernes?
Lucía: Did you understand what we have to turn in on Friday?
Ben: Más o menos. ¿Es un ensayo o una presentación?
Ben: More or less. Is it an essay or a presentation?
Lucía: Las dos cosas, pero la presentación es la próxima semana.
Lucía: Both, but the presentation is next week.
Ben: Ah, entonces el viernes solo entregamos el ensayo.
Ben: Ah, so on Friday we only turn in the essay.
Lucía: Sí, de unas mil palabras.
Lucía: Yes, about a thousand words.
Ben: Pensé que eran quinientas.
Ben: I thought it was five hundred.
Lucía: Eso era para el primer borrador.
Lucía: That was for the first draft.
Ben: Menos mal que te pregunté.
Ben: Good thing I asked you.
Lucía: ¿Ya elegiste tema?
Lucía: Have you chosen a topic yet?
Ben: Quiero hacer algo sobre redes sociales, pero todavía está muy amplio.
Ben: I want to do something about social media, but it's still too broad.
Lucía: Puedes enfocarlo en cómo cambian la forma de informarnos.
Lucía: You could focus on how it changes the way we get information.
Ben: Sí, eso está mejor.
Ben: Yeah, that's better.

Ben: I'm going to read it again.

Lucía: Have you looked for another source yet?
Ben: No todavía.
Ben: Not yet.
Lucía: Yo encontré varias en la biblioteca digital.
Lucía: I found several in the digital library.
Ben: ¿Fue fácil buscar ahí?
Ben: Was it easy to search there?
Lucía: Sí. Si quieres, después de clase te enseño.
Lucía: Yes. If you want, I can show you after class.
Ben: Me harías un favor enorme.
Ben: You'd be doing me a huge favor.
Lucía: No hay problema. Yo también tengo que buscar una fuente más.
Lucía: No problem. I need to find one more source too.
Ben: Entonces podemos hacerlo juntos.
Ben: Then we can do it together.
Lucía: Sí. Pero primero café.
Lucía: Yes. But coffee first.
