Agent: Hola, ¿eres Thomas?
Agent: Hi, are you Thomas?
Thomas: Yes. I'm here to see the apartment at five.
Agent: Perfecto. Pasa. Soy Laura.
Agent: Perfect. Come in. I'm Laura.
Thomas: Mucho gusto.
Thomas: Nice to meet you.
Agent: So, the living room is right as you come in, and the kitchen is in the back.
Thomas: It looks bigger than it did in the photos.
Pintaron hace poco.
Agent: Yes, the photos are a couple of years old. They painted recently.
Thomas: ¿Cuántas recámaras tiene?
Thomas: How many bedrooms does it have?
Agent: Dos.
Agent: Two. This is the main bedroom, and the other one is a little smaller.
Thomas: La segunda me serviría como oficina.
Thomas: The second one would work as an office for me.
Agent: Mucha gente la usa así.
Agent: A lot of people use it that way.
Thomas: ¿La renta incluye mantenimiento?
Thomas: Does the rent include maintenance?
Agent: Yes. Building maintenance is included, but utilities are your responsibility.
Thomas: ¿Agua también?
Thomas: Water too?
Agent: Water is billed separately, but it's usually not much. You arrange electricity, gas, and internet yourself.
Thomas: Entiendo. ¿Hay estacionamiento?
Thomas: I see. Is there parking?
Agent: There's one assigned space in the basement.
Thomas: Bien. ¿Y se aceptan mascotas?
Thomas: Good. And are pets allowed?
Agent: ¿Qué mascota tienes?
Agent: What kind of pet do you have?
Thomas: Un gato.
Thomas: A cat.
Agent: Un gato no hay problema. Solo se deja un depósito adicional.
Agent: A cat is no problem. There's just an additional deposit.
Thomas: ¿De cuánto?
Thomas: How much?
Agent: Medio mes de renta.
Agent: Half a month's rent.
Thomas: Está bien. ¿Cuándo estaría disponible?
Thomas: That's fine. When would it be available?
Agent: A partir del primero del próximo mes.
Agent: Starting on the first of next month.
Thomas: Justo eso estaba buscando.
Thomas: That's exactly what I was looking for.
Agent: If you're interested, I can send you the application requirements today.
Thomas: Yes, please. I want to think about it tonight, but I really liked it.
Agent: Claro.
Agent: Of course. I'll send everything by WhatsApp, and you can message me if you have any questions.
Thomas: Perfecto. Gracias por enseñármelo.
Thomas: Perfect. Thanks for showing it to me.
